Our appreciation for fine cuisine was learned during childhood,
when we used to see our grandmothers start preparing
sumptuous dishes for the family in the early hours of the morning.
They carefully selected vegetables, marinated chicken,
sautéed onions, toasted spices, crushed nuts and kneaded all kinds
of dough to create a table full of tasty dishes that we used to
anticipate with gusto.
We grew up to become a family of gourmet cooks and hospitality
professionals who appreciate people and life. We chose this line of
work out of pure love. We adore preparing and enjoying good food,
welcoming people of different cultures to our country, and making
new friendships along the way. To create Lebanon Gourmet,
we teamed up with some of the best hoteliers, restaurateurs
and wine connoisseurs in the country so they can share their
expertise with us all. It's really that simple. |
