Thank you so much for the wonderful experience I had in Lebanon. I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking lessons with Chef Leila. She is a gem! Her baba ghannouj recipe is truly to die for. The sites of Lebanon were so fascinating, and I look forward to discovering more of Lebanon and Lebanese cooking!

The best thing happened when I came across your site. I started to use your recipes to cook for my Lebanese husband with fantastic results and learned so much about the culture and cuisine. Hopefully one day we can take the tour too which sounds too good to miss.

We'd like to thank you for an amazing experience. We honestly didn't expect such a beautiful country and friendly people. Stephanie, Elie, Iyad, Chef Leila and all the team, you've given us an unforgettable time that will stay with us forever. We already miss Tripoli's market, the mountains, the wine and the best meza dishes ever. We can never forget your kindness.

I hit the jackpot when I found Lebanon Gourmet. The working world is full of stress, and short order lunches. Thanks to Lebanon Gourmet, my cravings for delicious food, coupled with a beautiful, relaxing tour were fulfilled. Can't wait to come back next year!

Lebanon and Lebanese food is the world's best-kept secret. It is the best of the East and the West all at the same time. I have never felt so good being near the sea, the mountains, and eating the healthiest food on earth, all at the same time. This is an experience everyone should have not just those interested in culinary arts. This is a small slice of the world that is too good to miss!

Hello Stephanie and Iyad,
I thought I knew what to expect, but it was even better. Thank you. Just thoroughly impressed my friends with Chef Leila's moutabal, hummus and fatoush salad. I even made the knefi for desert. Please open a Lebanese restaurant in Amsterdam. |

Growing up in the states as a Lebanese American, I always knew I would like Lebanon if I ever had the chance to visit. I never knew that I would LOVE it. Your tour brought back treasured memories of my grandmother's cooking. What a delight to see it prepared in the country of its origin! The food was fabulous and Chef Leila made it all look so easy. All my relatives want to come next year for a reunion. Get ready.... we LOVE to eat!

What a Blast! Never expected to be pampered from the point of arrival to the day of departure. Most tours are so rigid and boring, but not this one. The outings were well planned and delightful, and the staff at Lebanon Gourmet were really hospitable, and aimed to please our every need. The food was unbelievable, especially when combined with the beautiful sites of Lebanon. Can't wait to come back next year for more fun, food, and relaxation!

Being a vegetarian isn't always cool when you are on a tour. Those quick roadside sandwiches, and awful buffet tables just don't do it for me. So when I found Lebanon Gourmet, I thought I would give it a try, and I'm glad I did. I thought I died and went to vegetarian heaven. I finally got to eat like a prince rather than a pauper while touring a country full of surprises! Good job. I not only satiated all of my senses, but I came away with a file full of new and exciting recipes to prepare

I always loved Lebanese food in Copenhagen but never imagined how much better it tasted in Lebanon. The freshness of the fruits and vegetables makes all the difference in the world. I saw fruits and vegetables I never knew existed. All the tour from beginning to end was a feast. Thank you Lebanon Gourmet.
